The ASPIRE Leadership Academy is strategically designed to refine the leadership skills and competencies of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds by leveraging their unique experiences as powerful growth catalysts. By fostering an environment where diverse talents and perspectives are not only recognized but celebrated, the program empowers these future leaders to assume key roles. It also enhances the ACS’s ability to engage meaningfully and make significant impacts within the communities we serve, reinforcing DEI into all aspects of operations.

Through a curriculum centered on inclusive leadership, strategic advocacy, and organizational impact, ASPIRE equips participants with the tools to lead authentically while fostering cultures of belonging and equity. This initiative strengthens the ACSs capacity to engage communities effectively, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) remain at the core of its operations and its long-term mission to end cancer, as we know it, for everyone.

In addition, the program features adult-learning principles to promote behavioral and cognitive changes essential for leadership efficacy in today’s dynamic business landscape. 

Program Duration: April 2025 – February 2026

Format: Hybrid (In-person session in the Fall & Virtual Sessions)

Target Audience: Emerging and mid-career leaders across ACS (Level: E3/M3, E4/M4, L1, L2) who identify as a member of a historically underrepresented group in leadership
